We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from HarmoniaWellness.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased based on label claim(s), you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, packaging, or other charges such as (but not necessarily limited to) restocking fees.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions to our Standard Return policies see Return Exceptions within this Return Policy.
The packing slip or invoice in your package may contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
Enclose a copy of the original packing list or invoice with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list or invoice for your records. If you cannot send your packing list or invoice, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip or invoice directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

RETURNS OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE
HARMONIA guarantees our products’ label claims and care in shipping. If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell with respect to the aforementioned, we will offer a refund or exchange. All products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order from HarmoniaWellness.com with a valid sales receipt or HarmoniaWellness.com packing slip or invoice. Refunds/Exchanges must be processed when the customer presents the goods originally purchased.
In order to better serve our customers, an Exchange Refund policy has been established.
If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product (see Returns of an Online Purchase), an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt or HarmoniaWellness.com packing slip or invoice).
In the absence of a sales receipt or HarmoniaWellness.com packing slip or invoice, an exchange will be offered on any HARMONIA brand product based on the lowest sale price or Member Price within the last 60 days.
Exchanges will be offered on HARMONIA brand products within 30 days from the purchase date with or without a sales receipt.
No exchanges or refunds will be given on non-HARMONIA brand items.
Note: The exchanged product is to be the same retail price or less as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.
Merchandise Credit (HARMONIA Gift Code):
If the customer returns an unused, unopened, used or opened HARMONIA product without a receipt and does not wish to process an exchange for a product, a HARMONIA Gift Code will be issued. The HARMONIA Gift Code will be issued for the product value as outlined in the Exchange policy. A return where the original payment was a HARMONIA Gift Code will be issued another HARMONIA Gift Code as a Merchandise Credit.
Credits will be issued to the original charge account when the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a valid sales receipt or HarmoniaWellness.com packing slip or invoice. Cash refunds will not be given. In the case of a lost, stolen, or closed credit card, the customer must provide a letter (on letterhead) from their credit card company that states the account was closed in good faith. The letter and valid sales receipt or HarmoniaWellness.com packing slip or invoice must be given to Harmonia Customer Service.
If you paid by check, with a valid sales receipt, we will offer a cash refund ten business days after your purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-844-200-WELL or at email@example.com. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. HarmoniaWellness.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1-844-200-WELL or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.
